The reports and content generated by VeraHone are based solely on data and materials provided by you and are intended for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing in VeraHone constitutes professional coaching, training prescription, or certified athletic guidance.

Nothing in these reports constitutes medical advice, health guidance, diagnosis, or a recommendation to engage in any physical activity. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on anything provided by VeraHone. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or modifying any exercise program.

The VeraHone service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. VeraHone LLC does not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any information provided is accurate, reliable, or current.

VeraHone uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to generate performance reports, grades, and recommendations. AI-generated content has known and unknown risks and limitations and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You understand and agree that you use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk and that no AI output constitutes professional coaching, medical, or training advice.

VeraHone LLC is not responsible for any health issues, medical conditions, injuries, accidents, or any other outcomes that may arise from your use of this information or participation in athletic activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeraHone LLC’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the total fees paid by you to VeraHone LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall VeraHone LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if VeraHone LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You assume full responsibility for your use of VeraHone reports and any decisions made based on this information, including any athletic activities undertaken pursuant to or related to your use of the service. Athletic training is inherently risky. You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness level and the suitability of any activity for your personal circumstances.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeraHone LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your participation in any athletic activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify VeraHone immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@verahone.com.

When you voluntarily upload or submit photos, videos, or text within VeraHone — including for the purpose of generating shareable content such as ride recap posters — you represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the right to use that content;
• your content does not infringe the rights of any third party; and
• you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained all required parental or guardian consents.

You retain full ownership of any photos, videos, or text you submit. Photos and videos you upload are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on VeraHone servers.

By voluntarily uploading content for the purpose of generating a shareable output, you grant VeraHone LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content locally on your device solely to produce your requested output. Generated outputs may include VeraHone branding. By choosing to share, download, or distribute any VeraHone-generated output, you acknowledge that such content includes VeraHone branding and you consent to its distribution in that form.

VeraHone LLC is not responsible for any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use, sharing, or distribution of generated content.

Your workout and performance data is used solely to generate your personal performance reports and requested outputs. Photos and videos you upload are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on VeraHone servers. Text you submit is used only to fulfill your specific request. We do not share your personal data with third parties or post on your behalf.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.

VeraHone LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by requiring re-acceptance within the service. Continued use of the service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms is always available at this URL.
